The figure of Ridwan Kamil was very popular among the people of Bandung so he made several breakthroughs in managing the Flower City. Therefore, it is referred to as the one term of Indonesia's future. In leading the city of Bandung, Ridwan Kamil has his own way of embracing its citizens by utilizing social networks, especially twitter, in communicating with its citizens. In addition, in disseminating the programs and updating the Bandung news also to improve this social network.
But in his leadership, Ridwan Kamil still lacked. The disadvantage is that he is not from a bureaucrat and cannot master the management of the government budget. Because the work program carried out is still in the form of a short term so that its performance is not completed in one period of leadership. And in its performance problems, it still prioritizes the easy ones first so that the heavy ones are delayed. From Ridwan Kamil's resilience, Bandung's progress has not been optimal.
